
This is a week and a half into the start of a new me. I've started a new exercise program and am going to start blogging to try and help keep myself going when I don't feel like doing my exercises. I will try to post a picture every week along with measurements. I'm hoping that by my birthday in July we can all see the new me.

Body Fat 32%
These numbers are terrible but will be improving over the next few weeks. Hopefully I can help inspite others to do the same.
